NPI Engineer If you've delivered new products into manufacture and know your way around both a production line and a project plan - this could be a great next step. I'm working with an established but growing technology business just outside Cambridge who are looking for an experienced NPI Engineer to join their team. It's a varied, hands-on role where you'll take ownership of the full NPI process - from early concept through to volume manufacture. You'll work across projects for electro-mechanical products, managing prototype builds, refining production processes, and ensuring new products are introduced smoothly with contract manufacturers and internal teams.
