This is a hands-on engineering role focused on NPI and PI product introductions, ensuring quality, cost, and delivery targets are met through APQP and PPAP processes. NPI Engineer Job Description
Leading NPI and PI product using APQP and PPAP tools to ensure quality, delivery, and cost objectives are met. Maintaining and analysing Yield/RFT charts to drive product delivery improvements and enhance overall quality performance. Disposition non-conformances in line with delivery, cost, and lead time requirements, ensuring corrective actions are effective. Liaising with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met and managing customer expectations through yield reviews, RFT analysis, IPT meetings, and DFM sessions to align on product performance.
