Are you an experienced recruiter or on-site account manager looking for your next challenge? Were seeking a proactive and organised Account Manager to oversee day-to-day operations for our client, ensuring smooth workforce management and exceptional service delivery.
What Youll Do Act as the main point of contact for our client on-site, ensuring seamless daily operations.
Manage and support a large temporary workforce, including inductions, attendance, and performance.
Coordinate shift cover, rota planning, and respond quickly to staffing needs.
Build strong relationships with both the client and workers, resolving queries promptly.
Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety, and site regulations.
Report on workforce performance, KPI delivery, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Be flexible with working hours to meet operational demands.
What Were Looking For Proven experience in recruitment or on-site account management.
Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills at all levels.
Ability to manage high volumes of staff across multiple shifts.
Flexible, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Quick adaptability to changing priorities and strong problem-solving skills.
A growth mindset always seeking new ways to improve processes.
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and workers.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential; experience in production or waste recycling environments is advantageous.
