On-site Support Engineer – 2–3 Days/Week – Chessington, Surrey Rate: £150–£200 per day (Inside IR35) Contract:  6-month initial term, with strong likelihood of a further extension Location: On-site – Chessington, Surrey (KT9) Start Date: ASAP An established global IT services provider is seeking a Level 3 Deskside Support Engineer to provide hands-on, on-site technical support for a well-known international food distribution client based in Chessington, Surrey. The role involves working 2–3 days per week on-site, offering a great balance of flexibility and responsibility. This is a long-term contract opportunity with a strong potential for extension beyond the initial 6 months. Key Responsibilities: Provide deskside support for laptops, desktops, and peripherals (printers, monitors, docking stations, etc.) Carry out hardware lifecycle tasks (IMACD – Install, Move, Add, Change, Dispose) Troubleshoot software/hardware issues including Windows OS and Microsoft 365 suite Assist with password resets and account access issues Support mobile devices (iPhones) Act as hands-and-eyes for remote teams, including basic network patching and support Suppo...
