Packaging Engineer – EMEA - Based in Greater London
We’re looking for a Packaging Engineer to support packaging development and validation across the EMEA region. You’ll work with internal teams and external partners to deliver safe, sustainable, and cost-effective packaging solutions that meet product and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and validate packaging solutions for multiple formats. Maintain packaging specifications, data, and documentation. Coordinate packaging trials and support supplier audits. Drive sustainability and value engineering initiatives. Resolve packaging-related quality and performance issues. What You’ll Bring:
Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Proven experience in packaging development from a FMCG environment Good organisational and project management abilities. Experience working cross-functionally in manufacturing or supply chain. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and packaging systems (e.g., SAP, Evolve). This is a great opportunity to play a key role in enhancing packaging performance and sustainability across a growing EMEA operation.
This is a hybrid role where you will be expected to be in the office 2 times per week.
The salary banding for this is £55,000 - £65,000 + bonus and benefits.
