Starting salary from £28,000 per annum Company pension scheme Life insurance cover Use of company van Mobile phone & laptop provided Company uniform supplied The Paxton Installation Engineer Role: As a Paxton Installation Engineer, you'll play a key role in installing and maintaining Paxton access control systems at client sites. Your work will ensure security, reliability, and excellent customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include: Installing and configuring new Paxton access control systems Setting up hardware and software to client requirements Conducting site surveys and identifying installation needs Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues Ensuring all work meets industry and safety standards Training clients on system use and providing ongoing support This is a hands-on, client-facing role where your expertise and professionalism will directly impact our clients reputation and client satisfaction. What We're Looking For: At least 2 years' experience with Paxton access control systems and related security hardware Strong technical skills in IT support, hardware configuration, and software installation Knowledge of conducting site surveys and troubleshooting technical issues Cat6 and Cat6A installation experience Excellent communication and customer service skills The ability to work independently and represent the company professionally on client sites Relevant IT/technical certifications (desirable but not essential) How to Apply If you're an experienced Paxton Installation Engineer looking for a new challenge with a well-established and growing company, we'd love to hear from you.
