We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to support a team in the Middlesex / Hertfordshire region . This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market leader / dynamic team delivering high-quality technical services and customer support.

The Candidate

To be considered for the position you must have strong experience within the office equipment industry as a field service engineer with experience carrying out service, repair and maintenance on MFD and / or PPD equipment. It is important that you are self motivated, have excellent customer service skills & flexible approach.

You must also have the following:

Ideally up to date manufacture training on MFDs / PPD Print Production Networking capabilities

Key Responsibilities

Provide maintenance and repair on MFDs/MFPs/Print / PPD Photocopier devices Carry out installations as and when Escalate technical issues promptly to minimise equipment downtime. Identify and report additional business opportunities during service visits. Support customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and retention. Manage vehicle stock to improve first-time fix rates and reduce losses. Package
