Rullion are looking to Recruit for the following role :\n\nProject Planner/ Planning Engineer\nASAP Start\nLocation : Newcastle Upon Tyne or Dubin Ireland\nHybrid\nMonday To Friday 37 hours per week. ( Part Time also accepted)\nASAP Start\nDuration : 3 months Initially.\nRate £(Apply online only) per day\nOutside IR35 \n\nTh role will be to develop and execute planning tools within UK/IE within the Gas Turbine business.\n\nYour Tasks\n\nProject Planning & Scheduling : Creation of a project planning system for GT S Products business across UK & IE\nResource Allocation: Identify and allocate resources effectively to meet project requirements and deadlines\nIncorporating Sharepoint and SAP to understand current project load and modelling headcount for future 1-5 years\nReviewing project obligations and updating planning information for key components and services (Order Management).\nPreparation and compilation of the project schedule in collaboration with project team members and bid team for future orders\nBasic work with the SAP system.\n Your Profile\n\nSuccessfully completed job-related training, e.g. Scheduling with MSProject, a document management system\nExperienced project planning.\nExperience with bidding and projects\nVery good knowledge of MS Office required.\nBasic knowledge of SAP required.\nVery good English skills, both written and spoken.\nAssertiveness to achieve economic project execution.\nWillingness to learn internal IT tools to perform tasks.\nOrganizational talent and creativity to respond to changes.\nCommunication and conflict resolution skills to achieve set goals.\nTeamwork and empathy to meet quality requirements and deadlines.Your Responsibilities:\n\nIndependent processing of assigned tasks in offers and orders.\nQuality and deadlines of assigned tasks.\nCreating schedules in MS Project.\nCreating, reviewing, and filing project documentation \n\nIf available please submit CV and a member of the team will be in touch.\n\nRullion celebrates and supports and is committed to ensuring equal opportunities for both employees and applicants
