As they continue to expand, they are seeking a Maintenance Engineer to strengthen their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) on equipment such as pumps and heat exchangers, responding to reactive callouts to restore heating and resolve plant failures, and performing pipework repairs when required. With an increasing number of energy centres and plant facilities under management, this role provides excellent opportunities for career progression and professional development within a growing engineering team. The Role Perform Planned Preventative Maintenance on equipment including pumps, pressurisation units, and heat exchangers. Attend reactive callouts to restore heating and resolve plant failures (pumps, degassers, boilers, etc.). Service and repair commercial plant equipment while identifying root causes of failures. Conduct pipework repairs, including crimping, soldering, and plastic welding when necessary. The Person Strong communication skills. Experience in Mechanical and Electrical maintenance within a relevant industry, such as District Heating. NVQ Level 2-3 or equivalent qualification. Excellent problem-solving ability and a proactive, self-motivated approach. Experience liaising with third parties, including contractors and clients. Willingness to travel within the South East and respond to occasional callouts.
