About the Role We are seeking a Patch Orchestration Engineer to join a financial services client on a long-term contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the availability, security, and performance of non-production environments, ensuring vulnerabilities are remediated, and supporting automation and monitoring initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Maintain high availability of non-production environments through proactive monitoring and alerting.

Address and remediate infrastructure vulnerabilities in line with enterprise standards.

Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and lead triage calls to resolve infrastructure issues end-to-end.

Contribute to knowledge base documentation for environment monitoring and automation processes.

Essential Skills & Experience Strong background in application support and environment management.

Proven experience with infrastructure monitoring, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.

Ability to coordinate effectively in fast-paced technical environments.

Desirable Skills Hands-on experience with Linux and Windows operating systems.
