Most engineers hit that point where they don’t just want to “support infra” — they want to shape how the whole platform runs.

That’s the opportunity here.

The business is growing fast, but the platform foundations are still being built. You’d have the autonomy to discover, design and implement how things scale — with a clear fast track to owning platform engineering outright.

Tech you’ll be around:

  • CI/CD, release management and monitoring (Grafana / Azure native)
  • IaC with Bicep / ARM / Terraform
  • Docker

Location: Hybrid, 1–2 days per week in Stockport - Initially

Progression: Clear path to running the platform function
