Platform Engineer – AWS | C# | Grafana | DevOps | Hybrid | 2-Month Contract | Outside IR35 | London | ASAP Start – Up to £550/day

Overview

We’re on the lookout for an experienced Platform Engineer to join a London-based team on a short-term contract. This role requires a strong background in C# development, hands-on experience with AWS, and proven expertise in observability tools like Grafana.

Responsibilities

• Solid software engineering background with commercial C# experience
• Experience decommissioning TCS5 Server (MID, Accounts) in collaboration with IT, InfoSec & product teams
• Ability to set up Cloudflare infrastructure as IaC
• Proven track record in platform engineering & DevOps practices
• Strong expertise in observability, monitoring & analysis
• Proficiency with data visualisation tools (Grafana or similar)
• Solid commercial experience with AWS cloud platforms
• Familiarity with container platforms (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
• Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills

Qualifications

• Commercial C# development experience
• Hands-on AWS experience
• Experience with observability tools (Grafana or similar)
• DevOps practices and platform engineering mindset
• Containerization knowledge (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Rate: Up to £550/day
