Platform Engineer – AWS | C# | Grafana | DevOps | Hybrid | 2-Month Contract | Outside IR35 | London | ASAP Start – Up to £550/day

Overview We’re on the lookout for an experienced Platform Engineer to join a London-based team on a short-term contract. This role requires a strong background in C# development, hands-on experience with AWS, and proven expertise in observability tools like Grafana.

Responsibilities

Solid software engineering background with commercial C# experience

Experience decommissioning TCS5 Server (MID, Accounts) in collaboration with IT, InfoSec & product teams

Ability to set up Cloudflare infrastructure as IaC

Proven track record in platform engineering & DevOps practices

Strong expertise in observability, monitoring & analysis

Proficiency with data visualisation tools (Grafana or similar)

Solid commercial experience with AWS cloud platforms

Familiarity with container platforms (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)

Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills

Qualifications

Commercial C# development experience

Hands-on AWS experience

Experience with observability tools (Grafana or similar)

DevOps practices and platform engineering mindset

Containerization knowledge (Docker, Kubernetes)

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
