PLC Engineer £55,000 - £60,000 Plus Company Car & Bonus The Company My client is a specialist Engineering company that designs, manufactures and installs bespoke equipment as part of a customer specific solution for a wide range of projects across multiple sectors. They have an excellent opportunity for an experience PLC Engineer who will join (& ultimately lead) the team on current and future projects. The Role Working closely with the Software team, the PLC Engineer will work closely with Mechanical & Electrical engineering teams and be responsible for the creation of PLC applications that are compliant to ISO 9001. Other responsibilities will include: * PLC Programming & Integration * Client Liaison * System & Equipment Testing * Industrial Network Set-up * Team Collaboration * Commissioning * Completion of all required Documentation * Support & Collaboration with other functions The Candidate The successful PLC Engineer will be a qualified Engineer with knowledge and experience of, or bias to Electrical Engineering. You will have: * A proven track record of at least 3years within a similar role * Be self-motivated * Have excellent communication and organizational skills. * Be comfortable in a client-facing role * Able to work to tight deadlines * Be prepared to travel overseas The Benefits In return the successful PLC Engineer will receive an excellent salary and benefits package that includes a salary of up to £60,000 (dependent upon experience) a Company Car and Bonus.
