The role will inevitably include some form of electrical engineering work where it is a hands-on role with the production machines and so experience of machine maintenance is required.\n\nThe position sits within the Software side of the Production Support team (which comprises Mechanical, Electrical and Software Engineers) and the main thrust of the PLC Maintenance role is to carry out PLC (and related electronic) fault finding, diagnostics and rectification on in-service machines, whilst also actively seeing improved performance and efficiency of the robots and machines through PLC development.\n\nThis is an exciting opportunity to learn a huge amount from some very experienced engineering professionals working with cutting edge tech, for a business which designs, develops and builds its own robots and automated machines from scratch in-house.
