Plumbing & Drainage Engineer Salary: £40,000 + Van + Fuel Card Location: London (covering surrounding areas) Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm (1 Saturday per month on rota)

We are currently seeking a skilled Plumbing and Drainage Engineer to join our maintenance team. This is a full-time, permanent position covering sites in and around London.

Requirements:

Valid CSCS card is essential

Proven experience in plumbing, drainage systems, and general maintenance

Ability to identify and fix minor issues such as leaks and repairs

General handyman skills and maintenance knowledge

Experience in Pre-Planned Maintenance (PPM)

Good record-keeping of maintenance tasks and repairs

Understanding of and adherence to health and safety regulations

Willingness to work flexible hours and take part in weekend rota (1 Saturday/month...
