We are offering a position for highly competent and experienced Heating/Gas safe registered engineer.

You will be diagnosing and repairing central heating, hot water systems and complex domestic plumbing systems.

Candidate must be 3 years Gas registered and have up to date ACS or similar qualifications.

We are looking for a person with strong face to face client service skills, a good work ethic and a tidy approach to work.

The majority of work will be located in Central London with the exception of a couple of properties outside the M25.

We pride ourselves on the fact that our team always greet the clients with a positive attitude, clean up before they leave and take pride in their work. You will also be able to work on your own initiative and solve problems on job as they arise.

Tasks

· Gas Boiler breakdowns and fault finding

· Gas Boiler servicing and general maintenance

· Gas Fireplace Maintenance

· Landlord gas safety checks

· Emergency water/gas leaks

· General Gas heating and plumbing problems

· Some installation work but 80% of jobs will be repairs/maintenance

We are offering a competitive pay of £45,000-55,000 depending on experience.
