We are seeking a skilled, *fully qualified, Heating Engineer *to join our team in *North Yorkshire*. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and be proficient in various tasks related to heating systems installation, maintenance, and repair. This role requires hands-on experience with tools and equipment, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The Heating Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that heating systems operate efficiently and safely in residential homes.

*Responsibilities*

* Install, maintain, and repair heating systems, including boilers, radiators. * Conduct regular inspections and diagnostics to identify issues with heating systems. * Utilise hand tools, power tools, and equipment for various tasks. * Perform plumbing tasks related to domestic dwellings. * Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during all operations. * Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used. * Collaborate with other tradespeople on larger projects, demonstrating effective teamwork. * Must be Gassafe registered with minumum of 2 years experience.

*Requirements*

* Proven experience as a Heating Engineer or in a similar role. * Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot heating systems effectively. * Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and equipment. * Experience in plumbing. * Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during installations or repairs. * A valid driving licence is required. Company van provided * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £25,043.72-£37,000.00 per year
