Richard Irvin FM have a vacancy arising for an experienced multi skilled HVAC/Plumbing Engineer based at TotalEnergies Office; Westhill; Aberdeenshire within our Maintained Services Division.
In this role the candidate will conduct maintenance and repair related works for all aspects of heating, ventilation and plumbing related items within a mix of commercial and office environments; all in accordance with all company and legislative requirements. Engineers will work on an individual basis or as part of a team. A willingness to undertake additional short duration technical training would be an advantage.
Provide remedial fault diagnosis within existing installations.
Liaise with clients / main contractors regarding progress, PPM requirements.
Make sure that works are progressed in line with current company and client procedures regarding Health and Safety and comply with current relevant building codes, legislation, regulations, policies and procedures for installation and maintenance.
Represent the company at a site level and promote the company abilities.
Qualifications and Experience:
SCQF Lvl 5/6/7 or Equivalent NVQ 2/3/4/5 or City & Guilds craft, BPEC or Skillseekers
Experience of Safe Systems of Hot & Cold Water and Sanitation
Experience of AHU PPM Routines
Experience of Unvented, Water Regs, Legionella awareness, Zip Tap, TPMV. Manufacturer training Elec Safe Isolation
