Position: Plumbing bias Building Services EngineerLocation: Covering the North EastDuration: PermanentSalary: From £35,000 to £38,000 plus travel time and overtimeWe are looking for an experienced Plumbing bias Building Services Engineer for a full time, permanent position covering the North East.This engineer will be working within a team of experienced building services engineers with skill sets that include electrical and air conditioningThe right person for this position will have completed their NVQ qualification in plumbing and already has building services maintenance including compliance, plant room maintenance etcWe do need this engineer to have unvented experience as it will be needed for some of the sitesThis is a mobile position so we do require a full UK driving licenceRequirements Strong background in Building Services MaintenanceMust have at least an NVQ level 2 in plumbing, level 3 is preferredFull UK driving licenceBased in the North EastMust have Unvented experience Unvented certificate would be preferredHappy to travel across the North EastMust be able to join the on callrota Package Basic salary based on a 40 hourweekCompany vanTravel timePension25 days holiday plus bank holidaysOn call one week in eightOn call allowance If you are interested in this position please send your CV or contact Wendy Evemy ASAPSER-INJBRP1_UKTJ
