Responsibilities

• Design & Development: Create and refine engineering designs for retail fixtures, layouts, and systems. Collaborate to integrate engineering solutions into retail concepts. Ensure compliance with manufacturing processes, safety regulations, and brand standards.
• Project Management: Lead technical aspects of retail displays and rollouts. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective execution. Conduct site assessments & provide engineering input during planning & installation phases.
• Technical Support: Provide ongoing support for retail systems with production & Client management teams. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Assist in testing and validation of new technologies and systems. Research and implement sustainable and energy-efficient engineering solutions. Develop scalable solutions for multi-location retail environments.

Key Skills and Experience

• Proven 2D and 3D engineering experience within the Beauty industry.
• Understanding of the manufacturing process and materials involved in the production of Permanent POS Displays.
• Knowledge in SolidWorks & project management software.
• Prioritization of engineering requests to increase speed to market and maintain efficiency within the manufacturing facility.
• Demonstrates ability to lead and execute complex, cross-functional projects from start to finish.
• Strong understanding of engineering methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or relevant technical degree.
• Proficient in Solidworks.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
