Pre-Sales Engineer / Product Associate — A brilliant opportunity for a talented Graduate or experienced professional to work within a Pre-Sales Engineering capacity as a Product Associate. This role can be based from London or Cambridge and offers excellent training, career progression and prospects. Join a rapidly expanding machine learning software house and be guided by some of the brightest minds in this field. On a daily basis, you will act as a Pre-Sales advisor, supporting Customer Success, while working closely with R&D and Engineering. Location options: Central London or Cambridge; 3 days in the office / 2 days remote. Salary: £30,000 - £42,000 plus healthcare, pension, etc. Responsibilities

Be the main point of contact and liaise with clients and internal teams through the pre-sales stage. Understand early-stage customer requirements and support in building a customised solution to meet their needs. Support the Account Executives and Customer Success Managers. Collaborate closely with R&D and Engineering teams. Requirements / Qualifications

A minimum of a 2.1 bachelor’s degree from an internationally renowned university in a STEM, Humanities or Law related discipline. At least AAB at A-Level or equivalent UCAS points (please ensure A-Level grades are included on your CV). Outstanding customer-facing skills with a sales mindset. Motivated self-starter with a problem-solving attitude. Strong aptitude for picking up technologies. Ability to work with autonomy and as part of a team. Great communication skills with fluent spoken and written English. What this offers
