Role Overview

Our mission is to develop industry-leading exploratory and data products, empowering our pricing, data, and analytics community to deliver impactful results. Skywalker, our automated trading platform, is central to our operations, optimizing underwriting pricing and supporting business-wide tooling. We are expanding Skywalker’s capabilities and seeking curious, motivated individuals to support its growth.

This role is suitable for junior and mid-level applicants, including graduates, who meet the technical requirements and possess a learning mindset.

In your first 3-6 months, you might prototype enhancements to Skywalker and help roll out tools across teams.

Essential skills/experience

Technical skills:

• Python (scripting, automation, data wrangling)
• SQL (queries and joins)
• Git & GitHub (branching, pull requests, code reviews)
• Commercial awareness related to pricing, market dynamics, or underwriting

• Highly analytical with data interpretation skills

Experience with process automation, ML Python libraries, and Azure cloud is a plus. Don’t worry if you don’t tick all boxes; we value curiosity and eagerness to learn.
