We’re seeking experienced Principal Civil Engineers to lead projects in the water sector across the UK and Ireland, delivering innovative solutions that protect and enhance communities and the environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead civils projects from needs identification and feasibility through outline and detailed design.
  • Collaborate with other disciplines and support or lead the civil engineering project team.
  • Deliver civil engineering designs and design deliverables within project timescales and budgets.
  • Contribute to the development of solutions and mentor graduates and junior engineers.

About You

  • Degree qualified (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering.
  • Ideally Chartered and a member of a relevant engineering institution.
  • Previous experience in the water sector is preferred; transferable skills are welcome.
  • Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and act as a key player in projects delivering real benefits to local communities.
