What you'll be doing

In this newly created Senior Civil Engineer role, you will:

·Lead and manage the delivery of civil engineering projects across a range of sectors.

·Provide design and technical leadership on highways, drainage, and infrastructure schemes.

·Oversee project teams and ensure work is delivered to high technical and quality standards.

·Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and clients to ensure successful project outcomes.

·Support junior engineers and technicians, providing mentoring and professional guidance.

·Take responsibility for project budgets, timelines, and client relationships.

·Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to business development activity.

What you'll bring

To thrive in this role, you will have:

·A degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.

·Strong experience in civil infrastructure design, including highways, drainage, and earthworks.

·Proficiency in relevant design software such as Civil 3D, MicroDrainage or similar.

·Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage projects and teams effectively.

·A proactive, collaborative mindset and a passion for delivering high-quality engineering solutions

Not essential:

·Chartered or near-Chartered status (ICE or equivalent ).
