Key Responsibilities Lead full-cycle OneStream implementation projects, from scoping and design through deployment and post-go-live support Translate business requirements into technical solutions, aligning OneStream capabilities with client goals Design and configure OneStream applications including workflows, business rules, dashboards, cube views, and data integrations Engage directly with CFOs, FP&A teams, and technical stakeholders to drive project success Provide quality assurance and strategic guidance throughout project lifecycles Mentor junior consultants and support internal knowledge sharing initiatives Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to support new business development opportunities Requirements Must-Have: Proven experience (5+ years) delivering OneStream implementations Strong knowledge of financial consolidation, planning, reporting, and data integration Ability to manage multiple client engagements and lead project teams Experience working with cross-functional teams in a consulting or professional services environment Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Nice to Have: OneStream certifications (Lead Architect) Previous experience with other EPM tools CPA, CFA, or similar financial qualifications Experience in industries such as Financial Services, Manufacturing, or Healthcare
