They deliver tailored solutions across commercial, residential, industrial, and data centre sectors - and they are looking for someone who thrives in a hands-on, client-facing role.

\n \n What you will be doing \n * Leading electrical design across a wide range of building services projects. \n * Meeting with clients, understanding their needs, and translating them into practical, efficient designs. \n * Taking ownership of projects from concept through to delivery.

\n * Supporting and mentoring junior engineers within the team. \n * Collaborating closely with mechanical engineers and other specialists to provide integrated solutions. \n \n What they are looking for \n * Proven experience as a senior/principal electrical design engineer within building services.

\n * Strong client-facing skills - you'll be confident presenting, problem-solving, and building trusted relationships. \n * Ability to lead projects independently while also being a supportive team player. \n * A background in commercial, residential, industrial, or data centre projects.
