Overview

As part of their company's recruitment drive, we're looking for a Principal Electronics Engineer to support their products from cradle to grave. The company is moving fast with no two days being the same offering lots of variation in work and projects. As Principal Electronics Engineer you'll be the go to person for technical expertise on electronics. This is a new product development role so experience of working on the full lifecycle of electronics design is essential. This role offers remote working, with travel to Sheffield 1-2 times a month.

Responsibilities

• Be the go to person for technical expertise on electronics
• Support products from cradle to grave and full lifecycle of electronics design
• Work on new product development with variation across projects
• Travel to Sheffield 1-2 times a month (remote role)

Qualifications

• Degree qualified or equivalent in Electronic/Electrical Engineering
• Analogue/Digital Circuit Design
• Schematic Capture & Layout (Altium desirable)
• PCB Design
• Firmware (desirable)
