Location: London, Manchester, Newcastle, or Leeds (within GHD EMEA Region)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead civil and structural design, calculations, and technical drawings across various materials and forms.
• Manage medium-sized projects and contribute to larger, multidisciplinary efforts.
• Drive automation initiatives to enhance delivery and efficiency.
• Mentor junior engineers, fostering knowledge sharing.
• Ensure compliance with standards.
• Collaborate with project teams to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Engage with leadership and SMEs to embed innovation.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in civil/structural engineering automation, coding in .NET, Python, Git.
• Familiarity with agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Strong background in design across water and industrial sectors.
• Experience with geotechnical engineering, retaining walls, foundations.
• Proficiency in Eurocodes, Tekla/TEDDS, Robot, Revit/BIM.
• Leadership on projects (£100–250k).
• Chartered Engineer status (IStructE or ICE).
