You will work as part of a growing R&D development team within the Centre of Excellence for Datacentre Cooling. The role focuses on expanding the cooling product portfolio with innovative solutions to address challenges in the rapidly evolving data centre industry.

Key Responsibilities include:

Contributing to the development of innovative, technology-focused cooling product designs.

Managing the design, testing, and conformity processes to ensure products can be accurately manufactured or sourced internally or through subcontractors.

Providing expert cooling engineering and testing input while promoting professionalism and strong ethical standards.

Identifying and developing new cooling methods to enhance the product portfolio.

*

Implementing and managing a 1D modelling system within the R&D department.

*

Introducing and managing CFD processes to inform and guide new product development.

Research, design, develop, and validate new cooling products.

Specify and develop next-generation cooling solutions that meet market needs and comply with the latest national and international standards.

Produce and maintain technical files to meet UK regulations and EU directives.
