1 week per month on site in Barrow We seek an engineer who has worked in a military/defence environment within the last 12 months or who is capable of obtaining security clearance (SC level minimum). Role Overview We are seeking three royal navy ex-submarine strategic weapons systems (SWS) operators to join a highly niche support team. This is a unique opportunity to work on support solutions and workshop manuals for submarines, contributing directly to operational readiness of strategic weapons platforms.
Key Responsibilities Deliver support solutions and workshop manuals for submarine strategic weapons systems (SWS). Provide technical guidance and advice based on hands-on experience within a SWS environment. Work collaboratively with other engineering and operations teams to ensure outputs meet operational and safety requirements. Support in-service maintenance and operational readiness of the platform.
