A confident Principal Fire Engineer is required to join a global, leading fire safety consultancy that is passionate about making the built environment safer and sustainable for the future. The successful Principal Fire Engineer can work flexibly from the fully serviced Manchester office in the heart of Manchester, near Deansgate Station and Manchester Oxford Road station. This fire consultancy works across a wide range of sectors, and you will support fire engineering responsibilities on projects such as data centres, airports, facades, residential builds, high rise builds, and more. Responsibilities / Skills

• Relevant degree - mechanical/structural/civil/fire engineering
• MSc in engineering
• Site visits
• Report writing
• Fire safety design, ventilation, fire hazard identification, risk management, smoke control, code compliance and more
• Assisting junior members of staff
• Running projects and assisting with delivery of projects
