Ideally Degree, HND or HNC qualified with significant experience in mechanical design and development Strong leadership in managing mechanical design packages Experience working in multi-disciplinary environments and understanding the challenges involved Knowledge of qualification and verification processes to meet technical requirements Proficient in robust design practices such as DFMEA, DFA, and DFM Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong influencing and negotiation skills Experience engaging and collaborating with both internal and external suppliers Cultural awareness and adaptability in a diverse workplace A proactive and professional approach, with strong prioritisation and multitasking capabilities Understanding of structural, thermal, or dynamic analysis is a plus Familiarity with 3D CAD/CAE tools (training on our preferred platforms will be provided) For immediate consideration, please apply now.
