They have a strong reputation for delivering exceptional engineering solutions and are dedicated to supporting the professional growth and development of their employees.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n-Lead and manage the mechanical engineering design process for large-scale projects, ensuring technical excellence and delivery of high-quality solutions.\n\n-Oversee the design, analysis, and optimisation of mechanical systems, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.\n\n-Project management: ensuring that mechanical design solutions are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.\n\n-Work closely with clients to understand their requirements, providing expert advice and technical solutions that exceed expectations.\n\n-Conduct detailed reviews of designs, calculations, and documentation to ensure accuracy, quality, and regulatory compliance.\n\n-Lead the preparation of technical reports, proposals, and presentations for clients and stakeholders.\n\nKey Requirements:\n\n-Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (Master's or chartered status is ).\n\n-Extensive experience in mechanical engineering, with a proven track record of managing and delivering complex projects in a senior or leadership role.\n\n-Proficiency with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or SolidWorks) and relevant engineering analysis tools.\n\n-In-depth understanding of mechanical systems, including HVAC, piping, and fire protection.\n\n-Experience managing a team of engineers and leading the technical direction of projects, additionally it is important you have project management skills,\n\n-Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with clients, stakeholders, and team members effectively
