Are you an experienced Principal Mechanical Engineer looking to join a collaborative and growing consultancy at the heart of London? We’re working with a forward-thinking building services engineering firm based near Liverpool Street that’s on the lookout for a driven and technically strong professional to help shape the future of their mechanical team.

As a Principal Mechanical Engineer, you’ll be a key figure in project delivery, mentoring junior staff, and working closely with directors on design, technical quality, and client engagement. This is a leadership-level role for someone passionate about engineering excellence and team growth.

Ideal Candidate:

8+ years’ experience in mechanical building services design

*

Proficient in Revit MEP with strong BIM coordination skills

*

Confident working across a range of sectors and project sizes

*

Comfortable in client-facing roles and leading design teams

*

Chartered or working toward chartership (CEng)
