This is a great opportunity to join one of the strongest structural integrity safety case teams in the industry, working across all key clients.

Your purpose:

In this role, you might lead a team producing engineering substantiation or authoring complex safety cases, supporting critical decisions in the design, operation, and decommissioning of nuclear facilities. Alternatively, you could influence the client’s strategic direction on structural integrity challenges related to new build designs or existing assets, develop business pipelines within your capability, or present technical solutions to regulators.

This role offers the chance to work with diverse clients from nuclear generation (e.g., Advanced Gas Cooled Reactors, Sizewell B), Rolls Royce Pressurized Water Reactors, nuclear new builds like Hinkley Point C and Sizewell C, and innovative sectors such as fusion and SMRs. You will be expected to lead technical project delivery, solve complex problems, and communicate solutions effectively to stakeholders. A drive for excellent technical work and attention to detail are essential, along with the ability to see the bigger picture.

You will also contribute to and learn from the wider technical community within AtkinsRéalis, leveraging our global expertise to foster collaboration within multidisciplinary teams. Additionally, you will mentor junior engineers to support our growth, enhance our project delivery capabilities, and develop your leadership skills.
