Primary Electrical Design Engineer

This role is for one of the most exciting businesses in the renewable energy market! The company is expanding rapidly, with plans to increase staff significantly by the end of the year. You will be working for a global leader on innovative energy projects involving various renewable technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Designing and creating detailed electrical layouts for DNO & ICP projects.
• Producing cable routes, equipment sizing, layouts, schematics, protection control, keyline, and cable block diagrams.
• Serving as an internal and external electrical design specialist.
• Participating in a flexible hybrid working model, including site visits.
• Experience as an Electrical Design Engineer.
• Worked with transmission, distribution, DNO, ICP, or other power projects.
• Experience with DNO/DSO/ICP or design consultancy is beneficial.
• Relevant engineering degree or equivalent experience.
