This role can be based in Brighton, Ashford, Kings Hill or Southampton. We partner with key clients as strategic advisors, setting the gold standard in the industry according to NCE listings.In this pivotal role, you will play a leading part in delivering ground-breaking Wastewater projects from inception through to construction. You will leverage your technical expertise to support Project Managers and ensure high-level execution - meeting cost, schedule, and quality objectives while exceeding client expectations.You will also be involved in mentoring & developing a team of Process Engineers across the region and nurturing strong relationships across multidisciplinary teams throughout the business.About YouA degree in Chemical/Process Engineering (or equivalent)Ideally Chartered with demonstrable experience in the water industryExperience working in a design and construction environment preferableExperience in key process skills, including: process calculations, mass balance, control philosophy, commissioning, HAZOPs and P&ID developmentThe ability to translate client needs into actionable solutions and guide project execution effectivelyStrong leadership and communication skills, both written and verbalExperience managing staff and fostering a culture of continuous learningStantec offers a rewarding career path with a focus on professional development and the opportunity to work on some of the biggest projects in the AMP 8 cycle.
