We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role \n Salary: From £40,748 – depending on skills and experience \n What you’ll be doing \n \n Leading and supporting major quality improvement projects \n Developing new and innovative solutions to long-standing issues \n Working directly with manufacture and build teams to deliver quality improvement \n Using industry recognised toolsets such as Six Sigma (training provided) \n Leading root-cause analysis sessions with cross-functional teams \n Key interface with customer and partners, building customer assurance \n \n Your skills and experiences \n \n Experience in driving improvements to completion with validated results \n Proven problem identification and resolution skills in fast-paced environment \n Knowledge of quality tools including FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, Six Sigma, 8D (investigations) \n Degree within Engineering or Manufacturing field or equivalent experience \n \n Benefits \n As well as a competitive pension scheme, BAE Systems also offers employee share plans, ...
