This is a remote, client-facing role for a highly technical and experienced presales professional with a strong Government/Public Sector background and current DV clearance.\n\nKey Requirements\n\nWe are looking for a client-facing technical expert with deep presales experience, capable of operating in complex and secure environments.\n\nEssential skills and experience:\n\n15+ years' experience in IT, with at least 10 years in presales, network engineering, or technical support\nDemonstrable success supporting UK Government or public sector clients\nAbility to translate technical challenges into clear commercial value\nStrong expertise in:\nCisco routing, switching, gateways, and applications\nTCP/IP, SNMP, Netflow, VoIP\nLAN/WAN topologies (MPLS, Frame Relay, ATM)\nSecurity concepts and network infrastructure design\nNetwork performance and fault/alert management\nSolid understanding of:\nOperating systems - Linux, Windows\nCloud and virtualisation technologies - SDN/NFV, Public/Private Cloud\nPerformance tools - HP/OV, Tivoli, EMC SMARTS, ArcSight\nRelevant certifications - CCNA, CCNP, CCIE\nFormal presales training (e.g.
