T2M Resourcing are working with a growing technology and manufacturing business to recruit a Principal Software and Controls Engineer to lead motor inverter projects

What you’ll be doing

This role will be the driving development and delivery of PMSM or permanent magnet synchronous motor control systems projects for a variety of applications across automotive, aerospace and defence.

You’ll be working closely with the department head to provide technical leadership and support and mentorship the team

About you

You be an accomplished engineer with a focus on motor inverter development and control and should have experience working on project with things like motor physics (torque/flux), control algorithms and developing software control strategies, so if you know your id and iq or Clarke and Parks, this could be a great fit.
