Principal Software Engineer / Architect (C# .Net AWS) Remote / Bristol to £100k Are you a highly technical Principal Software Engineer with strong architecture and design skills? You could be progressing your career at a financial services tech consultancy that specialise in solutions for Pensions and Investment Managers. As a Principal Software Engineer / Architect you will lead the design and development of scalable, robust and secure software solutions, playing a critical role in shaping the technical direction of products balancing architectural design patterns with pragmatic solution design and guiding engineering teams through implementation. You'll ensure secure coding and best practices are being followed and create appropriate technical documentation. There's approximately a 50/50 split between architecture and coding, you'll become a member of the Architecture Guild, with continual learning and development opportunities and every Friday being dedicated to L&D or collaborating as part of the Architecture Guild. Location / WFH Policy: You can work remotely, from home most of the time, joining colleagues in the Bristol or London office fairly regularly (e.g. once a quarter).
