About the Role

As a Chartered Engineer with a proven track record in rail and general civil/structural engineering, you will be the technical design lead, driving the delivery of exceptional services to our valued clients.Join one of the UK’s largest private engineering consultancies with over 120 years of innovation. Responsibilities

  • Leverage your expertise in rail, structural, and civil engineering to spearhead innovative projects.
  • Utilize your proficiency in Finite Element analysis to ensure design excellence.
  • Cultivate a rewarding work environment through effective leadership and mentorship of your team.

Qualifications

  • Chartered Engineer status with a relevant professional institution.
  • Extensive experience in the rail and civil/structural engineering sectors.

Required Skills

  • Demonstrate your mastery of rail, structural, and civil engineering, including the application of Finite Element analysis.
  • Showcase your exceptional project management and business development skills to drive the growth of their Civils and Rail team.
  • Exhibit strong leadership abilities, guiding and mentoring junior colleagues to deliver a consistently high-quality service to our clients.
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety legislation, such as the CDM Regulations, to maintain the highest standards of safety and quality.
  • Collaborate effectively with Clients, Contractors, Local Authorities, and other relevant third parties to foster lasting partnerships.
