We are seeking an experienced Senior / Chartered Structural Engineer to join a growing London team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a portfolio of large scale residential and high rise developments, taking responsibility for project delivery while leading and mentoring a team of four engineers and technicians within a wider office of 20.

This position is well suited to an engineer looking to step into a Principal or Associate level role, with the scope to influence project outcomes and team development.

Key Requirements:

Chartered Engineer (MIStructE or equivalent ) Strong background in reinforced concrete framework design Proven leadership and team management experience Track record delivering large residential and high rise projects in the private sector Proficiency in Tekla, Robot, and Tedds
