Are you a skillful and committed Senior Structural Engineer, looking to take on a new challenge in a Principal position?

Alternatively, are you currently working in a Principal Structural Engineering role, looking to expand your skill set within a prestigious, thriving, multi-disciplinary construction consultancy?

About You

• Exceptional Structural Engineering knowledge with a deep understanding of key principles embedded in theory and practice, with a proactive approach to problem solving
• Excellent verbal communication. An ability to communicate ideas, and effectively work with both clients and members of the design team
• Experience relevant to UK practice and knowledge of UK design standards, codes of practice and methods of construction.
• Familiarity with structural engineering modelling, analysis, and design software (Tekla Structural Designer, Tedds and STAAD Pro, Revit, Navisworks, BIM360).
• The ability and willingness tosupervise/mentoremployees.

• Chartered membership of ICE or IStructE
• The motivation to undertake relevant CPD and to increase skills and knowledge
• Experience in day-to-day control of resourcing, programming, planning and costs
• Effective team management skills
• Excellent report writing and presentation skills
