A leading consultancy within the offshore wind sector, this client is seeking a qualified Senior or Principal Engineer to lead on Wind Turbine Generator (WTG) foundation projects. With an award-winning team and vibrant culture, they are known for delivering cutting-edge engineering solutions to some of the most ambitious offshore wind developments.

What will you be doing?
\n
\n Taking ownership of technical delivery for offshore wind WTG foundation packages
\n
Leading concept and detailed foundation design (monopiles, jackets, etc.)
\n
Mentoring and developing engineers within a collaborative team environment
\n
Engaging with clients, contractors, and stakeholders across the project lifecycle
\n
Driving innovation, safety, and sustainability in foundation design and installation
\n
\n
Are you the ideal candidate?
\n
\n Experienced in offshore wind, WTG foundation design (monopiles, jackets, gravity-based structures)
\n
Qualified with a BEng/MEng in Civil, Structural, or Marine Engineering (CEng )
\n
Skilled in FEA and structural design tools, with strong written communication
\n
Proven leadership in engineering delivery and team development
\n
Strong project management and stakeholder engagement experience
\n
\n
