Role location and working arrangement: Role title will be based at Barnstaple site. This role allows for flexible working. Salary: up to £80k, depending on experience.

What you’ll be doing

  • Technical leadership of defined work packages
  • Leading and mentoring project team members
  • Managing requirements throughout the Engineering Lifecycle
  • Proving technical inputs to bidding activities
  • Integration and production qualification activities
  • Taking prototypes and developing them into products
  • Work package generation

The skills you need

  • Degree, HND or equivalent in a relevant engineering discipline
  • If SE Membership and ASEP or CSEP qualifications encouraged
  • Familiar with systems engineering best practice
  • Proven experience with electrical design and product development
  • Experience with combat systems / UK MOD Maritime Weapons Equipment
  • Competence with requirements management tools such as DOORS NG is preferred
  • Competence with SYSML management tools such as Rhapsody is preferred
