Concept are seeking either a skilled Production Print Technical Specialist or a skilled Photocopier engineer interested in upskilling to PP . Your aim will be to deliver exceptional service and support to customers whilst maintaining field efficiencies and driving profitability. This role involves working in a dynamic and challenging environment within the Industrial Print sector, requiring technical expertise, proactive problem-solving, and a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service: Respond to call-outs with professionalism and efficiency, diagnose and resolve technical faults, and implement necessary technical modifications. This may involve work outside standard office hours, national travel, and occasional overnight stays. Communication: Act as a key communication channel between customers, the Service Team, and other areas of the business to ensure a seamless service experience. Technical Support: Provide the highest level of service by resolving technical issues promptly and accurately, minimizing machine downtime.
