With over 50 in-house tools already deployed to automate data handling, reporting, and workflow management, this role will focus on improving system stability and driving further automation initiatives as the business scales. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing both short- and long-term solutions. Enhance tool reliability, performance, and monitoring efficiency.
