Process Review/Design Specialist - Estates & TFMs
Permanent | £60,000 - £65,000 (DOE)
Remote (UK-based) | London office fortnightly (during client secondment) | Weekly visits to Portsmouth or Monmouth thereafter
We're looking for an experienced Process Review/Design Specialist to join our team on a permanent basis, initially seconded to a major client. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on process optimisation, estates/TFM improvement, and driving efficiency across large-scale operations.
Responsibilities
- Review existing Estates processes and procedures, identifying opportunities to standardise and improve.
- Lead workshops, meetings, and Teams sessions with Estates personnel to capture the “as is” position and define future improvements.
- Produce clear, professional process maps and documentation for review and rollout.
- Apply LEAN methodologies to improve Estates/TFM operations.
- Support critical design reviews, identifying risks/issues and driving resolutions.
- Monitor construction project phases, from factory/site acceptance tests to commissioning, snagging, and Take Over.
- Manage defect processes and ensure non-conformances are identified, escalated, and resolved.
What we're looking for
- Background in process review within Estates or TFM.
- Ideally LEAN qualified (or significant demonstrable experience).
- Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent process documentation ability.
- Able to obtain NPPV2 clearance (we will support this).
